Deadman Canyon

This canyon was discovered and led by Rick Kent, and the trip was a first descent. Rick named the canyon after the deadman anchor the group had to build in order to escape at the end of the route. I never created a photo album for this canyon at the time, so I’m doing so now to share information and provide useful beta for others. The descent took place on March 15, 2009 and was completed with the group shown in the trip report below.
