Trail Gulch

A short trip with a multi-stage 200ft rappel (can be broken up into stages) some nice views and lots of crumbly rock. It also has an interesting, shallow slot canyon at the drop-in, created by a drainage culvert under the road. It's an interesting feature not usually seen in the San Gabriels, however this short slot is quite crumbly and gets to a point where a traverse RDC is a better option than attempting to down climb or rappel.
