Información
Saw this unnamed creek and thought it looked interested in Google Earth. Shared it with Scott Brown who droned it in November 2019. Haruka and myself went through it to get a closer look. The drone adds about 3x length to each drop. Lol
Cómo llegar
We parked acrossed the exit and walked 5 miles. 1 mile on FS 28 and then crossed Pinto creek via a log. Walked the old logging road that dead ends at the drop in, roughly at 3,300 elevation. The 28 was in drivable shape.
Descenso
Flow was lower than expected. Walked creek to the first complex of drops at 3200 elevation. R1 50 feet, DCR ON TREE R2 40 DCL on tree Lots of down climbs, maybe a rap or two R3 80 DCL on a tree
Retorno
Cross Pinto Creek and climb a steep hillside to the left of a prominent cliffband and back to the 28road
