Aua da Cavrein

Buy a car access ticket for the Val Russein in a restaurant in Sumvitg. Then drive in the Val Russein, passing the dam and continue until you reach a fork (alt. 1531m). Turn here left and park at the very end.

Cross the Aua da Cavrein stream and hike up on the hiking path RG until you cross the Aua da Cavrein a second time (alt. 1775m). Either you start just above the bridge or you continue for 5min to find some unexplored section which we missed during the opening of the canyon.

Val Cavrein has always a high water level, so it is rather an aquatic canyon with some demanding and impressive looking abseil.There are several exits possible. The end offers very nice abseils...
