Fall Creek (San Juan Mountains)

Falls Creek has a really impressive waterfall, but it takes a lot of effort to get to it and then return.

Either hike up the ridge to see the main falls (difficult) or up the Falls Creek Trail which departs the campground.

R1: 220' from a harder midstream boulder in the upper San Juan Tuff layer. Unable to communicate well with anyone on rappel. R2: 150' over a lower angle rolling waterfall.
