Prendre l'autoroute en direction du San Bernardino, sortir à Lostallo et se garer sur le parking en face de l'église de Cabbiolo.Take the motorway exit at Lostallo and park the car at the parking just opposite the church of Cabbiolo.

Prendre le vieux chemin de randonnée derrière le séminaire (à gauche de l'église).On traverse la première barre rocheuse sur la gauche, ensuite on traverse légèrement vers la droite jusqu'à entendre et voir les premières cascades.Continuer sur le sentier raide et presque visible, balisé avec des marques de peinture rouge, bleu et verte jusqu'à atteindre l'altitude de 1130m.Juste avant d'atteindre une maison, desescalader ou descendre en rappel 1x50m pour atteindre le fond du canyon.Take the old hiking path behind the seminar center (on the left to the church).Cross the first rock face on the left and then cross slightly to the right until you hear and see the first waterfalls.Continue on the steep and hardly visible path which is marked with red, blue and green paining until you reach a height of 1130m.Just before you reach a house, abseil or downclimb 1 x 50m to the canyonfloor.

La première partie est composée de nombreux petits ressauts et desescaldes jusqu'à atteindre 2 grandes cascades (60m, 70+40m). De là la descente devient plus difficile avec de nombreux rappels dans l'actif.La dernière partie est vraiment belle avec des sauts et des toboggans possibles. Cette partie est étroite et technique avec un bon gros débit.Les amarrages sont majoritairement en monopoint et certains obstacles se descendent sur amarrages naturels.The first part has several smaller drops and a lot of downclimbs until you reach the big two waterfalls (60m, 70+40m). From there the descent starts to be more challenging with several abseils directly in the waterstream.The last part is really nice with some possible slides and jumps. It is narrow and on a high waterlevel challenging.Most anchors are single points and somethimes a tree will help too to do the abseil.
