Starts off with an impressive big wall multi-pitch rappel sequence highlighted by a 180’ vertical rappel to a 250’ mostly free hanging wet rappel. ‘’’R4:’’’ Bolts DCR, 250’ mostly free hanging. Followed by 9 rappels before reaching the confluence with north fork. ‘’’R13:’’’ 150’ guided rappel, scramble 2 minutes DCL across to north fork to access, do not go straight down R13 in south fork. R13 is a 150’ guided rappel; this is the final rappel before the confluence, a highlight of the descent. Below the confluence are 3 more short rappels and several down climbs. Flow is 3-4X greater below the confluence.
