Información
A seasonal waterfall, just south of West fork. A steep approach followed by a technical section that's worth the effort. Recommended for small groups of experienced canyoneers. Anchor building to be expected.
Cómo llegar
Hike up AB Young to the drainage. Note - almost zero shade on the approach, and eastern facing, so very sunny in the mornings.
Descenso
After up to 5 rappels under 65' and short downclimbs you will arrive at the big drop, a 550' rappel sequence. The anchor for the big rappel sequence is off a large pine on the right. The first big rappel is less than 250' and will land you on a ledge RDC next to a large tree. Ledge is large enough for 3 people comfortably, 4 in a pinch. Much larger than ledges in Waterholes, Garden Creek, or End of Rope, PAS still recommended. Set the rope RDC and Avoid going LDC into the main watercourse. The final rappel is 300' into a narrow corridor at the bottom.
